Court appoints Ethiopian Muslim activists and journalists to October 25

The Federal First Instance Court, Arada District First Criminal Bench has appointed the members of the 17 Muslim Arbitration Committee, activists and journalists to Tekemet 15 (October 25) 2012.  Most of the accused were driven in by two white cars with tight security today October 11. Entering the compound, standing near Giorgis Church and the Bus Station was prohibited for visitors or supporters. 

The activists have been arrested since July 2012 in relation to the current Ethiopian Muslim protests suspected of “terrorism”. They have not yet all been charged.
